Our Achievements

What do we have in our hands?

It is believed that the knowledge and experience gained from this project will benefit partner institutions long after the project has been implemented. The organizations have developed new networks to meet their long-term requirements and have gained an in-depth comprehension of diversity and the many real-world applications for inclusion. The partners will be able to utilize their experiences and have increased their capacity to construct inclusive communities. The project's participating organizations are Tavas Anatolian Imam Hatip High School, Melting Box, and UNO. These organizations need to continuously assist refugees and a large number of underprivileged youth.In order to meet their long-term objectives, the organizations have created new networks and have gained a thorough awareness of diversity and the numerous practical uses for inclusion.The partners will be able to apply their experiences and practices at schools and in their local communities as the amount of multiculturalism in society rises daily, enhancing their ability to create inclusive societies.By utilizing effective programs and strategies for this aim, as well as disseminating and exchanging these insights, all partners have acquired a highly valued intercultural experience and respectable exchanges in global contexts. Their level of expertise and understanding in addressing the inclusiveness issue has increased.They are better equipped to work together, build cross-border contacts, and look for solutions to urgent global issues as they have become part of multicultural groups.

Furthermore, they have more experience designing and administering Erasmus+ activities that promote societal sustainability, and they have served as role models for other relevant parties in their communities, such as NGOs, government agencies, and educational institutions. As they actively participated in the mobilizations and activities, educators, students, and members of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) could enhance their professional and personal development in a number of ways, such as collaborating and co-working, adapting to multicultural settings, embracing and condoning inclusion, and supporting it. They are now more proficient in the 21st century abilities of creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, communication, adaptation, productivity, and social skills.

Additionally, every participant organization and person is better prepared to promote social sustainability and advance EU objectives.We might assert that a greater number of people and institutions exist that are capable of advancing community development in line with EU principles. They can also assist such endeavors within EU norms, or they can come up with new solutions for fixing the world's problems. As a result of their experiences and lessons acquired, they have a stronger sense of self and belonging, are more skilled at establishing international communications, and understand the significance of promoting community sustainability and EU goals.

The outcomes of the project also benefitted the secondary and tertiary target groups, which included parents, schools, NGOs, district governorships, district directorates of national education, and university

 

units.Throughout the initiative, we stayed in regular contact with these organizations, providing them with opportunities to learn about our work to advance social inclusion and equity, which has increased their understanding. Besides, they were taught about the goals of the Erasmus+ programs and the European Union, which support inclusiveness and diversity.
